Chris holds the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Town and Country Planning, a Masters degree in Environmental Law and is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

He joined the Practice in April 2000 following almost 20 years experience in Local Government. He has extensive experience in all areas of Development Control but a particular interest in lawful use certificates (S191 and 192), in enforcement and in planning appeals.

He works for a number of private clients but also undertakes work for several Local Planning Authorities.

Chris’s work is now mainly based in Hampshire, although he has a background in the North Midlands and has undertaken work as far afield as Kent and North Somerset.
