Alexandra is a dual-qualified chartered town planner and commercial surveyor with over 15 years’ experience in both public and private sectors. With a background spanning planning, development, and commercial and residential capital markets, she offers integrated advice that maximises project value while managing risk.

Known for her collaborative approach, Alexandra draws on a trusted network of specialists to build or strengthen project team - delivering lasting value for clients, communities and the environment. She undertakes a breadth of work ranging from town planning instructions, through to land assembly and promotion, development due diligence, transaction advice and development management.

Recognising that thought-leadership and best practice are vital tools for improving the built environment, Alexandra serves as a Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and sits on the ULI Europe Committee. She is also a Non-Executive Director at the think tank Bright Blue, where she regularly chairs housing policy debates between industry and government.

Alexandra is a Member of the RICS and the RTPI and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. She holds an MA from the University of Oxford and degrees in Spatial Planning, Real Estate, and Urban Design from Oxford Brookes and Reading Universities.
