LAND TO THE EAST OF BYE ROAD, SWANWICK

 

BJC has obtained outline planning permission for 7 no. custom build dwellings with associated parking and access from Bye Road on behalf of the landowner’s pension fund.  This approved the means of access and layout for the development.  Al other matters, including the scale, appearance and landscaping are reserved.

 

Fareham Borough Council’s Planning Committee approved the outline application on two separate occasions; the second time being on the 10th October 2018.  The s.106 legal agreement was signed early in 2019 and the outline planning permission was issued the 3rd January 2019.  A follow-up application sought to vary condition 17 imposed on the outline planning permission and this was approved on the 22nd February 2019.

 

Once planning conditions have been discharged, it is the intention to build the road and install drainage and other services, following which the 7 plots will be marketed for sale by Buildstore.

 

BJC will then submit either full or reserved matters applications on behalf of the individual plot purchasers, who will need their house designs approved by the Council before completing with their plot purchase.  The houses will be built by the same company appointed to build the road and install drainage and other services.
