SOUTHSEA LASER CLINIC GAINS PERMISSION AND TWO CONSENTS

BJC Planning has received planning permission for Change of Use, Listed Building Consent for works and Advertisement Consent for premises in The Friary, Southsea.  The premises comprise a unit situated within The Friary, which is a Grade II Listed Building.

The unit was previously in use as a florist’s shop and required change of use to a Laser Clinic because this use is sui generis.  The application was accompanied by a Flood Risk Assessment as part of the building falls within the edge of Flood Zone 2.

Listed Building Consent was required for relatively minor works to the building including the installation of a boiler to provide hot water and works to create toilet facilities.

The Advertisement Consent related to new signage for the premises.

BJC Planning is delighted to have assisted Southsea Laser Clinic and wishes the business every success.
