EQUESTRIAN DWELLING – TEMPORARY PERMISSION GRANTED

BJC Planning has obtained planning permission for a temporary equestrian worker’s dwelling at Newtown, near Wickham.  The business model involves the breeding of ponies and the breaking and schooling of ponies.  The application was supported by a detailed report justifying the need for an on-site presence to care for the ponies.  A business plan demonstrated that the proposed business expansion is a viable proposition.  Permission has been granted for a period of three years.
