AGRICULTURAL TIE REMOVED IN WARSASH

AGRICULTURAL TIE REMOVED IN WARSASH

BJC Planning has achieved the removal of an agricultural tie on a workers’ dwelling at a former market garden in Warsash.  The application demonstrated that there was now no longer an overriding need or justification for there to be an immediate on-site presence at Conigre, 18 Green Lane, Warsash, as horticultural activities in the form of market gardening ceased in 1983.  This meant that the agricultural occupancy condition remaining on the property was now redundant.

BJC Planning are delighted to have achieved this result and it is typical of work we undertake for clients who have agricultural land.
