Deed of variation to S.106 secured

BJC Planning were delighted with the positive outcome at last week’s Fareham Planning Committee for the custom build scheme for 7 dwellings at Bye Road, Swanwick. We have assisted the viability of the project for our client by securing a deed of variation to the S.106 legal agreement to delay the payment of the affordable housing contribution. The Council agreed to delay the payment until after the transfer of the fourth and fifth plots respectively. This is an important benefit to our client.
